Thank you for choosing OneDisc.com as your source for CD & DVD production. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your order is processed efficiently and correctly.

Order Process:
1. Complete online form below
2. If you select to pay by credit card, contact us at 1-800-427-0692 to submit your credit card information. Note that if you pay by company check, your order will not be started until we receive your payment unless other arrangements are made.
3. For first time customers, full payment is due at the time the order is placed. For subsequent orders, ½ payment is due at the time of order, with the remaining half due at delivery, unless other arrangements are made.
4. Sign the Authorization Form certifying that you have the right to copy any material you have given us.
5. Send hard copy of CD or DVD Master to:

6. Email CD artwork (zipped) to pricing@onedisc.com. Please be sure to use OneDisc.com art templates, available on our Print & Design Specs page. If your file is larger than 5 MB, use our ftp site to submit artwork.
